Working with a top-tier client like AT&T, Luke's favorite aspect of the job is mentoring his peers, helping them enhance their skills both personally and professionally, and steering them towards significant career milestones. His immediate goal is to oversee a thriving market in Raleigh, aiming to elevate three team members to management positions. Long-term, Luke is planning to transition into the real estate sector within the next decade. He is inspired daily by Andy Frisella's words, "Nothing great is given, it is earned," which echo through his commitment to excellence and leadership.
Alicia Sneed, with a background in bartending and the restaurant industry, is a valued member of Take Off Enterprises. A high school graduate and the eldest of six siblings, Alicia is passionate about the company's inclusive culture and the opportunity to grow. Her main drive is to achieve financial independence for her family, with ambitions to one day own a bar. She lives by the words of Walt Disney: "If you don't know where you want to go, it doesn't matter which path you take," a principle that guides her both personally and professionally.
Pilar Benavides holds a BS in Biology with a minor in Biochemistry, and she is a pivotal member of the team at Take Off Enterprises. Pilar values the camaraderie among her colleagues and their shared passion for their work, which she describes as a collaborative journey towards success. This supportive environment not only fuels her ambition but also her commitment to making her family proud, as she believes her success directly enhances their happiness. Outside of work, Pilar is either at the gym or lost in the pages of a romance novel. She is inspired by Maya Angelou’s words, “Try to be a rainbow in someone’s cloud,” a quote that reflects her optimistic approach to life and her desire to bring joy to the lives of others.

Alex is a Susquehanna graduate and the CEO of A.C.E. Executives, working with some of our top client accounts. Alex grew up an athlete and it shows in his competitive nature, competing at both the High School and Collegiate levels in Football and Rugby. Using his experience from sports, he leads from the front and is not afraid to work alongside everyone within the company. His long term goals are to run one of the most successful organizations within our company. By having this goal he is devoted to developing his people to be the best version of themselves. He is an extremely loyal, hard-working person and attributes his successes to his family, work ethic, and desire to compete each and every day. In his spare time he loves hanging out with his coworkers, reading self help books to constantly improve his own leadership skills, and participating in anything sports related.
Vichelle comes from a teaching background. Before coming to A.C.E, she taught elementary school for 6 years. Her focuses are to grow in her personal life through attaining better communication skills and time management skills, and in her business life through learning the logistics of backend managerial tasks while also prioritizing focus. Vichelle has a very smiley and bubbly personality. You’ll catch her singing around the office and putting on several different accents!
