Alex is a Susquehanna graduate and the CEO of A.C.E. Executives, working with some of our top client accounts. Alex grew up an athlete and it shows in his competitive nature, competing at both the High School and Collegiate levels in Football and Rugby. Using his experience from sports, he leads from the front and is not afraid to work alongside everyone within the company. His long term goals are to run one of the most successful organizations within our company. By having this goal he is devoted to developing his people to be the best version of themselves. He is an extremely loyal, hard-working person and attributes his successes to his family, work ethic, and desire to compete each and every day. In his spare time he loves hanging out with his coworkers, reading self help books to constantly improve his own leadership skills, and participating in anything sports related.

Dominic

Dominic Ortiz is a results-driven professional with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With a background in sales and team-based environments, he brings a disciplined, goal-oriented approach to every opportunity, emphasizing consistency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
He is known for his ability to simplify complex challenges into practical solutions, particularly in areas such as technology, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. Dominic values clear communication and professional presentation, ensuring that both strategy and execution reflect a high standard of quality.
In addition to his operational mindset, he has a keen eye for branding and messaging, consistently working to refine how ideas are presented and perceived. His approach combines analytical thinking with creativity, allowing him to build systems and strategies that are both effective and impactful.

Josh

Josh brings a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset to his role at A.C.E Executives. Prior to joining the team, he spent 11 months at Walmart working in Online Grocery Pickup (OGP), where he developed valuable skills in efficiency, communication, and delivering a positive customer experience.
What drew Josh to A.C.E Executives was the clear path for growth and advancement. He is highly motivated by the opportunity to develop professionally and is committed to reaching a management position in the near future.
Over the next six months, Josh is focused on achieving leadership status within the company while also working toward personal milestones, including purchasing his own home. His drive, consistency, and ambition set him apart as someone determined to succeed.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time at home, gaming, and staying connected with friends. His balance of dedication and laid-back personality makes him a valuable addition to both the team and the company culture.

Shy

Highly motivated and results-driven, Shy is a young professional with two years of experience navigating the fast-paced worlds of sales and marketing. With a unique analytical edge, she specializes in numbers, trading, and technical charts, allowing her to blend creative outreach with data-backed strategy.
While her background is diverse, Shy’s true passion lies in the energy of sales and marketing—the very elements that drew her to this role. Looking ahead, she is focused on evolving into an independent business leader, with a goal to establish her own firm centered on leadership development and mentoring like-minded, ambitious individuals.

Aahmez

My name is Aahmez. I’m a motivated and hardworking professional with a background in both the restaurant and warehouse industries, where I developed a strong work ethic, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments. What drives me most in my current role is the opportunity to take control of my own success—building my income through performance while working independently and staying focused on my goals.
Over the next six months, I am committed to advancing into an assistant manager position, while also working toward personal milestones such as securing my own apartment and purchasing a car. I am focused, goal-oriented, and eager to grow both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading a wide range of material, including novels, manhwa, manga, and physical books. He values quiet time to unwind and learn through stories, and I have a soft spot for cats, which reflects my calm and thoughtful personality.

He spent three years with Dunkin’, followed by a year at Go Fast Solutions, where he developed his communication skills, adaptability, and drive to perform in fast-paced environments.

What excites Jason most about this opportunity is the chance to challenge himself daily while being part of something bigger than just a job. He’s motivated by growth, competition, and the ability to make a real impact—not only for himself, but for the people around him.

Over the next six months, Jason’s goal is to continue learning, step into leadership, and build a strong team. Long-term, he’s driven by a bigger purpose: creating financial freedom and putting himself in a position to give back to his family—especially his goal of buying his mom a house.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing video games and watching sports, always staying connected to competition and teamwork in different ways. One unique thing about him—he comes from a big family, with 10 sisters on his dad’s side, which has shaped his energy, personality, and ability to connect with all types of people.

Airreese

Airreese is driven by a genuine passion for connecting with people and bringing positive energy into every interaction. For him, that’s what makes the job not just rewarding—but truly enjoyable. He thrives in environments where he can engage, uplift, and create meaningful conversations that leave a lasting impact.

In the next six months, Airreese is focused on leveling up his sales skills, building unshakable confidence, strengthening relationships, and progressing into a leadership role within the organization. His mindset is centered on growth, consistency, and becoming someone others can learn from and follow.

Outside of work, Airreese enjoys listening to music, spending time by the ocean, exploring new places, and continuously learning new things that contribute to both his personal and professional development.

Marcus

Marcus was a driven Sales Manager at Aaron’s who thrives on growth, leadership, and making a meaningful impact. What initially drew him to the role was the opportunity to advance quickly while creating a better future for both his family and the team he leads every day.

Over the next six months, Marcus is focused on solidifying his presence with AT&T, building and developing his own high-performing team, and ultimately running a successful office. He brings a strong sense of accountability, leadership, and energy into everything he does.

Outside of work, Marcus enjoys traveling, relaxing with a good cigar, and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons. He values connection, mentorship, and being someone others can rely on.

Above all, Marcus is grounded in his faith and takes pride in being “Big Unk” to his team—someone who leads, supports, and is always available to offer guidance, advice, and encouragement whenever it’s needed.

Nailan

I have experience working in fast food, babysitting, and retail, which helped me build strong communication skills and a solid work ethic. What really attracted me to this opportunity is the growth and long-term career potential it offers. I’m motivated by the chance to develop myself professionally and move up within the company.

Over the next six months, my main goal is to step into a management role and continue progressing toward eventually opening my own office. I’m driven, goal-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve and succeed.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and I have a strong passion for cars. Something unique about me is that I wasn’t born in the United States—Spanish was my first language—which has shaped my perspective and allows me to connect with a wider range of people.
